These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Badass Boss Babe Club website, memberships, programs, events, services, digital products, coaching experiences, and related offerings.

Badass Boss Babe Club ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides educational content, coaching experiences, memberships, community spaces, events, networking opportunities, wellness discussions, and digital resources.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. MEMBERSHIP BILLING & RENEWALS

Paid memberships may include recurring billing.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE: By purchasing a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. This notice is provided in compliance with applicable automatic renewal laws.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Memberships automatically renew
  • Charges recur until canceled
  • Members may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not retroactively refund prior payments

To cancel your membership, log into your account and manage your subscription, or contact us at admin@BadassBossBabe.Club before your next billing date. Cancellation requests must be received prior to renewal to avoid the next charge. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital, educational, coaching, and community-based nature of our offerings, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are not provided for memberships, digital products, coaching programs, events, workshops, retreats, downloadable resources, or digital experiences unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, empowering, and safe community environment.

Certain spaces, including coaching sessions, retreats, masterminds, and private discussions, may involve personal sharing and vulnerable conversations. Members are expected to honor the confidentiality and integrity of these spaces.

You agree not to:

  • Harass or intimidate others
  • Share hateful, abusive, or discriminatory content
  • Spam or excessively solicit members
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Share confidential member information
  • Attempt to disrupt the community or platform
  • Use the community for unauthorized promotions

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate memberships at our discretion.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, graphics, logos, frameworks, videos, programs, downloads, copy, educational materials, proprietary methods, coaching frameworks, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Badass Boss Babe Club unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Train AI systems using our materials
  • Share paid materials publicly

Badass Boss Babe Club and Jamie Gates are not licensed medical providers.

11. EVENT PARTICIPATION

Participation in virtual or in-person events, retreats, wellness activities, social gatherings, networking events, workshops, or alcohol-serving events is voluntary.

You assume responsibility for your own participation, conduct, travel, health decisions, and safety.

We are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or incidents related to event participation.

We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Badass Boss Babe Club and its owners, affiliates, contractors, leaders, team members, partners, speakers, and contributors shall not be liable for:

14. INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Any disputes arising from the use of this website, memberships, programs, events, or services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith informal negotiation.

If informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in the State of Idaho under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration organization, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court for disputes within the applicable jurisdictional limits, or from seeking public injunctive relief where such claims cannot be waived under applicable law.

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration, except where such waiver is prohibited by applicable law.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. BOSS CREDITS

Badass Boss Babe Club operates a loyalty rewards program called Boss Credits. Boss Credits are earned through participation, engagement, and activity within the community and platform.

Boss Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another member. Boss Credits may be redeemed for eligible discounts, rewards, or experiences as made available on the platform at our sole discretion.

Boss Credits expire upon membership cancellation or account termination. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Boss Credits program at any time with reasonable notice. Accumulated Boss Credits have no guaranteed monetary value and are a discretionary benefit of participation.

20. AMBASSADOR & AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Participation in the Badass Boss Babe Club Ambassador or Affiliate Program is governed by a separate Ambassador Agreement provided at the time of enrollment. These Terms apply to general use of the platform and community. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Ambassador Agreement, the Ambassador Agreement controls with respect to ambassador-specific activities.
