Most loyalty programs reward how much you spend. That is not what we are building.

In Badass Boss Babe Club, your status is a function of how often you show up, how consistently you contribute, and how generously you bring others along with you. Not your credit card.

Every session you attend. Every challenge you finish. Every member you refer. You earn Boss Credits, and Boss Credits accumulate toward Impact Tiers.

How You Earn

FIVE WAYS
TO EARN.

  • Show up to sessions. Pre-register and attend Coffee Chats, Connections, Co-Working, and Group Coaching. The highest credit value goes to presence.
  • Complete challenges. Every challenge you finish across the Four Pillars earns Boss Credits on completion.
  • Refer new members. Every referral that converts earns you Boss Credits. Plus 10% Ambassador commission (or 15% as Legendary, 20% as a Sisterhood Leader).
  • Make purchases. Including your monthly membership. Showing up matters more, but spending counts too.
  • Climb the tiers. Legendary tier members earn a 1.5x multiplier on all attendance and spending credits. Showing up consistently pays compound interest.

Pre-registering for events earns more than walk-ins. No-shows lose their registration credits. The system rewards intention.

Your entry tier

Automatic the moment you become a paid member. Earn 10% commission on every referral.

INFLUENTIAL
Your first earned tier

Reached through consistent presence. Showing up week after week unlocks this tier.

ICONIC
Longevity earned

Sustained presence, plus referrals that convert. Unlocks Pink Carpet Interview eligibility.

LEGENDARY
The pinnacle

Sustained presence, referrals, and real impact. 1.5x credit multiplier. 15% commission. Eligible to apply for Sisterhood Leader.

Sisterhood Leaders earn 20% commission. Leadership is invitation-only and earned, not purchased.
