A Sisterhood Leader is the heart of local connection. You're the one who brings women together... whether it's over coffee, rosé or a shared mission to support, uplift and empower each other.
You don't need a background in leadership. All you need is the desire to create space for women to feel seen, supported and inspired.
This isn't about running an organization. It's about growing local magic with freedom, fun and flow.
What You'll Do
Start as a Connection Catalyst
- Host casual coffee meetups, brunches or happy hour gatherings
- Invite women in your city to gather and experience the energy of real connection
- Share the heart of the Club... sisterhood, purpose and possibility
Step into Your Leadership Era
- Host your city's monthly CONNECT, our women's relationship-based networking event, plus Club Member socials
- Collaborate with local businesses for space, speakers and support
- Become the go-to woman for connection in your city
What You'll Earn
Monthly Referral Commission
For every woman who joins the Club using your personal link, you earn 20% of her membership every month she stays a Member, for as long as you lead.
Of the Events You Host
You keep 70% of what your events bring in. Referral fees come off the top first, and the Club covers the card fees.
Everything pays out to your bank account automatically.

Sisterhood Leader Commitment
- Host your city's monthly CONNECT plus one social each month (Matcha Meetups, Social Hour or Badass Boss Babe Brunch)
- Invite women in your area to connect and grow with you
- Be the face and voice of your local Sisterhood
- Come to at least two virtual Club gatherings each month
- Join the leader-only calls for training and updates
- Submit your events at least 3 weeks ahead from your Leader Dashboard
- Engage in Facebook Groups and promote your Sisterhood on social
- Keep a minimum of 15 actively engaged Club Members
- Recruit a local team to help plan, promote and host (Social, Events, Media, etc.)
- Stay a Club Member in good standing
