Badass Boss Babe Club exists because too many women were trying to grow businesses, brands, and bold lives without a community that actually understood the work. Too many groups focused entirely on polished success while women quietly struggled with visibility, burnout, self-worth, and the fear of showing up alone.
So we built something different.

Jamie Gates built Badass Boss Babe Club because she needed it first. After years of searching for a community that actually fit who she was becoming, she built her own.
Today she leads the community as Identity Alchemist (BADASS), Brand Strategist (BOSS), Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (BABE), and Connection Curator (CLUB). The bold heart behind the movement.
