What is Badass Boss Babe Club?
Badass Boss Babe Club is a Women's Empowerment Community for women building businesses, brands, and bold lives. We are not a networking group, a mastermind, or a course library. We are a Sisterhood built on identity, strategy, wellness, and real community. Everything inside the Club maps to four pillars: BADASS (Identity + Confidence + Mindset), BOSS (Business + Strategy + Visibility), BABE (Personal Power + Self-Care + Vitality), and CLUB (Community + Sisterhood + Leadership).
How much does membership cost?
There are two paid membership levels.
Club Membership is $22 per month. Connection, community, and visibility. Coffee Chats, monthly Connections Events, Challenges, Courses, Co-Working sessions, Club Lounge, the Ambassador program, Boss Credits, and your own member profile in the public Directory.
Collective Membership is $55 per month. Everything in Club plus Group Coaching programs and Collectives included. The VIP rooms where the deep work happens.

Who is membership for?
Membership is for women who are building businesses, brands, or something they have not quite named yet but can feel pulling at them. She is a coach, consultant, creative, wellness professional, product maker, or service provider. What she does matters less than who she is becoming. If she is done building alone and ready to rise inside a community that actually shows up, she belongs here.
What is the difference between Club and Collective?
Club Membership ($22/month) gives you Coffee Chats, monthly Connections Events, Challenges, Courses, Co-Working sessions, Club Lounge, the Ambassador program, Boss Credits, and your member profile in the public Directory.
Collective Membership ($55/month) includes everything in Club plus Group Coaching programs and Collectives. Private Coaching with individual coaches is always a separate purchase at every membership level.

What is included in Collective Membership?
Everything in Club Membership, plus Group Coaching programs (workshop-style and ongoing group programs led by certified coaches) and Collectives (mastermind-style small group sessions for Collective Members only). This is the full wristband. The spaces where the deep work happens.
Private Coaching is always a separate purchase at every membership level.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial, but Coffee Chats are free and open to everyone. Come to one first. Meet the women. Feel the room. If it feels like home, you will know. It usually does.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes to both. If life gets loud, you can pause and come back when you are ready. To cancel or pause, send us a message through the chat on any page and we will take care of you. No penalties. No guilt. This is your Sisterhood. It will be here when you are ready to return.
What is a Free Site Member?
A Free Site Member is a free platform account. You can browse the platform, view the Member Directory, attend Coffee Chats (free, login required), and purchase events, courses, and programs a la carte. Your referral link is active from signup. You earn 5% commission on any purchase made through it. Boss Credits accumulate from the moment you create your account and carry over when you upgrade to paid membership.
Note: Club Insiders are people on our email and SMS list. They may or may not have a platform account. A Site Member is always also a Club Insider, but not every Club Insider is a Site Member.
What are Coffee Chats?
Coffee Chats are free, casual virtual drop-ins open to Site Members and above. No agenda. No pitch. Just real conversation with women who get it. Come as you are.
What are Connections Events?
Monthly virtual and IRL events where networking actually feels good. Intentional, structured, and nothing like the stuffy events you have been avoiding. Included in Club Membership. Non-members can purchase a ticket.
What is Co-Working?
Co-Working sessions are casual, pop-up style collaborative sessions, virtual or IRL. No formal agenda. You show up, get things done, and do it alongside your Sisterhood. Included for all paid members.
What are Connection Calls?
Connection Calls are 1:1 appointment-style discovery calls with a specific coach or Sisterhood Leader. You pick a time from their available slots and show up. A low-pressure, high-value way to explore working together or get to know your local leader.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes. We record our events. What we do not offer is replays. You have to be in the room. This is intentional. Badass Boss Babe Club is built on showing up, not consuming content from the sidelines. Presence is the point.
What are IRL events?
In-person events are held in select cities through our Local Sisterhoods. They range from casual meetups and social gatherings to Connections Events and more. Included for paid members. Non-members can purchase tickets. Check the Club Calendar for what is happening near you.
What is the no-show policy?
If you register and do not attend, your registration Boss Credits are removed. No further penalty, but we do notice, and so does your Commitment Score. We show up here. If something comes up, transfer your spot up to 24 hours before the session. Your space was held for you.
Can I bring a guest to an IRL event?
Most IRL events welcome guests. Check the individual event details for guest policies and pricing. Guests are always welcome to attend free Coffee Chats and Matcha Meetups.
What are Boss Credits?
Boss Credits are the Club's loyalty currency. Most programs reward spending. Boss Credits reward showing up. Every session you attend, every challenge you complete, every referral that converts, you earn credits. Credits accumulate toward Impact Tiers and can be redeemed in the Boutique on merch and products.
Can I earn Boss Credits as a free Site Member?
Yes. Boss Credits start accumulating the moment you create an account, even as a free Site Member. Every credit you earn carries over when you upgrade to a paid membership. You also have a referral link from signup and earn 5% commission on any purchase made through it.
How do I earn Boss Credits?
You earn credits by registering and attending sessions, completing challenges, referring new members, and making purchases including your monthly membership. The highest credit value goes to showing up, not to spending. Pre-registering for events earns more than walk-ins. No-shows lose their registration credits. Prestige is earned, not bought.
Legendary tier members earn a 1.5x multiplier on all attendance and spending credits.
How do I spend Boss Credits?
At checkout in the Boutique, you will see your Boss Credits balance and the maximum discount available. You choose how many credits to apply: full amount, partial, or none. No minimums. No friction. You earned it. You decide.
Boss Credits can only be redeemed in the Boutique. They cannot be applied toward membership, events, courses, challenges, or coaching.
Do Boss Credits expire?
Boss Credits operate on a rolling 16-month window. Credits earned more than 16 months ago expire automatically. The system recalculates daily. Stay active and your credits stay alive.
What are the Impact Tiers?
There are four tiers. Ambassador is your entry tier, automatic the moment you become a paid member. Influential is your first earned tier, reached through consistent presence. Iconic requires longevity, presence, and referrals. Legendary is the pinnacle: sustained presence, referrals, and real impact. Legendary members earn 15% commission and a 1.5x Boss Credits multiplier. Sisterhood Leaders earn 20%.
Prestige cannot be bought. It is earned.
Is my Boss Credits balance public?
No. Your credit balance is private, visible only to you in your member dashboard. What is public is your Impact Tier badge, which appears under your photo in the Member Directory. The badge shows your tier. The number stays yours.
What is the Ambassador Program?
The Ambassador Program lets you earn commission just by sharing what you love. Every paid member automatically becomes an Ambassador with a personal referral link. When someone makes any purchase on the site through your link, you earn commission. Free Site Members earn 5%. Club and Collective Members (Ambassador tier) earn 10%. Legendary members earn 15%. Sisterhood Leaders earn 20%. It runs automatically inside the platform.
How do I get my Ambassador link?
Paid members: your link is inside your member dashboard under Ambassador. One click to copy. Site Members: your referral link is labeled 'Your Referral Link' in your dashboard. Upgrade to a paid membership to unlock Ambassador status and earn 10%.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid out via Stripe when your balance reaches the payout threshold. You can view your earnings, referral activity, and payout history in your Ambassador dashboard.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
Any purchase made through your referral link qualifies: memberships, event tickets, courses, boutique purchases. Recurring membership commissions are ongoing; you earn as long as she stays active. One-time purchases pay once. Everything is tracked automatically.
What groups are included in membership?
All paid members are automatically joined to the Official Club Members Group, the heart of the community. From there, you can request to join Local Sisterhood Groups, Challenge Groups (auto-created when you enroll in a challenge), and other Community Groups. All requests require moderator approval. The Leadership Lounge is for approved Sisterhood Leaders. The Coaches Lounge is for approved coaches. The Club Lounge is open to all paying members.
What is a Local Sisterhood?
Local Sisterhoods are geographic expressions of the larger Sisterhood. Not chapters, not franchises. They are curated communities of women within a shared region. You can view all Sisterhood pages publicly and attend local events. To join a Sisterhood group, you submit a request. The Sisterhood Leader approves. She knows her community.
What is the Member Directory?
The Member Directory is fully public, visible to everyone, not just members. It is a searchable, filterable showcase of the women building inside the Club. Your profile is your professional home base. It shows your Impact Tier badge, your services, and your social links. Members are displayed with priority.
Can I message other members?
Yes. Logged-in members can send messages directly from any member's profile page. Community is a contact sport. Use it.
What coaching programs are available?
Group Coaching programs are included in Collective Membership. They are also available to purchase a la carte for Club Members and Site Members. Private Coaching (1:1 sessions with individual coaches) is always a separate purchase at every membership level. Check the current coaching offerings inside the platform for what is live right now.
How do I become a coach inside the Club?
Coaches inside the Club hold their own professional certifications. To host programs inside Badass Boss Babe Club, coaches go through an application and approval process. If you are interested, reach out through the chat and we will tell you what that looks like.
What courses are included in membership?
The full course library is included with Club Membership. Self-paced, on your schedule, across all four pillars. Check the current course offerings inside the platform for what is available now.
What are Challenges?
Challenges are included for paid members and are one of the most energizing things inside the Club. When you enroll in a challenge, you are automatically added to the dedicated challenge group so accountability is built right in. Check the platform for current and upcoming challenges.
What are Collectives?
Collectives are mastermind-style small group sessions exclusively for Collective Members. Small groups. Real strategy. Peer-level accountability with women building at the same altitude. Not available a la carte at any price.
What is a Sisterhood Leader?
Sisterhood Leaders are approved members who host and curate Local Sisterhoods in their city. They are Connectors, Curators, and culture carriers who create opportunities for visibility and belonging in their region. It is an earned role that requires consistent presence inside the Club.
How do I become a Sisterhood Leader?
The platform tracks your activity automatically. Once you have met the engagement criteria (consistent attendance over 90 days and Legendary Impact Tier), an application button quietly appears on your dashboard. Only you can see it. No public announcement. No competition. When you are ready, it will be there.
What does a Sisterhood Leader unlock?
Sisterhood Leaders gain access to the Leadership Lounge, a resource hub and limited-scope management dashboard for their Sisterhood. They also get a public /leader profile page, the ability to host IRL meetups and local events, behind-the-scenes access with Jamie, a branded Google Workspace email address, and 20% Ambassador commission.
How do I update my profile?
Log in and navigate to your member profile. You can update your headshot, bio, business name, tagline, location, social links, and services at any time. Keep it current. Your profile is your public face in the Member Directory.
How do I register for a session or event?
Everything lives in one place: the Club Calendar at /calendar. Find the session or event, click register, and your confirmation comes straight to your inbox. Virtual sessions include an auto-generated Zoom link.
What if I have a technical issue?
Send us a message through the chat. The icon lives on the lower right of every page on desktop and in the navigation on mobile. We will sort it out.
How do I stay updated on what is happening inside the Club?
Your member dashboard shows everything coming up this week and this month. You will also receive notifications for sessions, challenges, and Club announcements. For real-time updates, follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
