I am Jamie Gates, Identity Alchemist, Brand Strategist, Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Connection Curator. I am a speaker, published author, podcast host, and the founder of Badass Boss Babe Club, a women's empowerment community for women building bold lives, authentic brands, and meaningful connections. My work didn't emerge from a perfectly curated entrepreneurial journey. It emerged from heartbreak, identity shifts, resilience, reinvention, and radical truth. I have had to reinvent myself more times than I can count. But this version of me? She was always there, waiting to come out and play. I am the most authentically me I have ever been. I believe with everything in me that success without alignment is just another form of burnout wearing better shoes.

Wellness is not separate from leadership. It is leadership. I don't do networking. I do connection. And I don't create information overload. I create emotional permission, because transformation happens when a woman finally feels safe enough to be seen.
