I’m Christa-59, wife, mom to six grown daughters, Nana to 10 beautiful granddaughters and 1 handsome grandson, coach, speaker, community builder, entrepreneur, and a woman creating a second act that deserves a standing ovation. I’m a deeply intuitive, big-hearted, right-brained woman who sees possibility in people...sometimes before they can see it in themselves. I’m endlessly curious about why we are the way we are, what makes us come alive, and what becomes possible when we stop trying to be who everyone else needs us to be. In 2023, after coaching for 13 years, I closed my business and online community - and (if I’m being completely honest)stopped being fully me. The past year has been a season of deep healing, rediscovery, and rebuilding. Today, I’m building two businesses that reflect different parts of my heart. The Second Act Sisterhood is for women 50+ who are navigating change and rediscovering who they are now. Becoming Bolder, which I’m building with my business partner Rachel, helps high achievers understand themselves, navigate transition, and build lives and careers that actually feel like theirs. I’m also a co-founder of Ideal Personality, which grew from my fascination with how our brains work, how we use mental energy, and why becoming more successful should never require becoming less ourselves. What lights me up? Honest conversations. Brave decisions. Spontaneous laughter. Allll the coffee. Holy Spirit downloads. Watching women remember who they are. Creating something meaningful from absolutely nothing. I believe women deserve spaces where they can be honest, ambitious, spiritual, powerful - whatever and whoever they choose - without pretending they have it all together or supported without being “fixed. And as a leader/community host, I wanted a corner of the world where I could just be Christa, get the support I need so I can once again live with the volume all the way up - unmuted. unfiltered. unapologetic.

I empower women to rediscover themselves so that they can build lives and businesses that feel aligned, energized, and meaningful! I facilitate this inside of The Second Act Sisterhood community, the Becoming Bolder program, and through private coaching.

I’d love to connect with other women who are building businesses and communities with purpose - and who are willing to share the honest, behind-the-scenes parts of the journey. I’m here to learn from Jamie, exchange ideas and encouragement with other ambitious women, and enjoy being a community member without being the one responsible for leading it. I’m especially excited to build genuine relationships, have real conversations, and learn alongside women who are growing, experimenting, and figuring it out as they go.
