Our founder, Jamie Gates, created this space with a powerful vision: to empower women to build thriving businesses, lead with authenticity, and live boldly as their truest selves. Jamie’s journey started with her own reinvention—a decision to embrace her inner badass, reclaim her power, and create a life that aligned with her deepest passions.
With decades of experience as a Certified Life Coach (BADASS), Business Coach (BOSS), Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (BABE), and Marketing Maven, Jamie knew she could combine her expertise with her passion for community. She envisioned a space where women could learn, connect, and grow while supporting one another in their entrepreneurial journeys.
